Just think! , If you ever get separated when landing on the planet Endor, like I did from that elite team of Rebels. I depended on my trusty "LONESCOUT" pack. My comlink went down for several hours. Thankfully I had my survival kit, small rations, etc. A clan of Ewoks tried saving me from two Imperial Biker Scouts...little did they know my Hard pack can be used to detonate a bomb! We blew those scouts right off their speeder bikes! The Ewoks helped me rendezvous with the Rebel team. This is why I am building more packs! For only the Elite ERT's! The few! The Proud! Laughing

I painted the frame ...trying to get a rusted look with the paint and received several compliments on the pack here are some pics!

I used Krylon primer Ruddy Brown, Satin Italian Olive, & Krylon clear coat flat.

After a couple of troops and some nicks & bumps will create some natural weathering like this on the bottom bar.

Fits nicely to my back and I didn't need any padding. You can see the nice curve on the frame. While wearing the pack I didn't feel any awkwardness. I may look for some better straps as the straps do jumble my vest at the shoulders.

Very Happy

Very nice...How deep and wide is the case? I am looking for something to carry everything, including the Hardpack...currently I am using the blue bin the pack is setting on in the pics above and it fits nicely on its side. But I like the looks of you bin! Awesome job! Smile
