It'll still be way off scale, so if you want a good blaster, get a Cushman. You can't beat it for the price.

Right. Rolling Eyes

You have to then try to put the sintra halves together, glue it, then bondo it together, then paint it......Not worth the hasle. The details suck and just doesn't look right. Cushman rifles need a LOT of work.

Get a Woodchuck rifle.

i saw my first cushman up close recently... i can't say that i was impressed. in fact, i'd go without before i'd use one.

just a matter of preference i guess, but it's WAY too soft in the details. even when the seams are all glued up well, it's properly weighted, etc... it still looks marshmallowy.

scratch building one of these is on my to-do list... i'm thinking of using smoothon's featherweight resin for it, either that or a self skinning, semi-firm foam. i'll cross that bridge when i get to it though!

We have a guy in my garrison who has made DC-15's. He has offered them for a pretty good price. Anyone who is on the 501st boards may know Greedo's reputation. I've seen those rifles up close and they are something else!

If anyone would like, I could put a bug in his ear...

Greedo is the man!

I own a WoodChuck and couldn't be happier with that, as well.
