Therefore your group will serve as the abmasadoors for the space room which happens to be where lunch will be served. If you can you can greet the staff as they come in and perhaps a short skit to get them in the mood

Are you going to call the POC Danny? I want to know some more about this before we commit to appearing. I am not sure this is something we want to do.

I think it would be a good practice for all the State Captains from here on out to contact the POCs of event requests BEFORE we post them on here for base participation to know what exactly we are getting ourselves into and make sure it is something we want to do.

Please let me know the story once you have made contact with your recommendation to me for our participation. I am locking this thread until we get more information....the POC has requested that we call them to discuss.

Danny and I both called the POC and this is for their counselor staff training day. It will be all adults for this event. Danny feels confident that this will be a worth while event for us to support and whould still like to go forward with out support of this request. I agree. Please volunteer if you can support.
