You can also check out the Dewback Wing Yahoo group.
If you are lucky, you can also find some British military strapping for cheap on eBay that has the buckle. (but I don't remember exactly what it was that had it)

The "canon" way of doing the buckle doesn't work without some Velcro or something to hold the lose end behind the strap of the sewn on end.

These are cargo buckles, and really work best with both ends lose, the double thickness of the straps lock the buckle in place.



That's how I'm leaving mine, for practicality's sake, because I hope to be losing weight, and without one side secured, I can keep both sets of "mini flare" loops centered.

I have a small question about the belt buckle . I understand the basic how to sew the buckle on the strap , but i am still searching how the rest go's .

How to put the belt on / tighten the straps ?

Sorry for the stupid question . I never seen an buckle system like this before .

I know Bojangles, uses velcro on the inside of the belt, so it looks through the buckle and then velcros back on iteslf. That works GREAT for me!
