I thought it would be a good idea for us to tell what are costumes we are working on.

Heh, if by 'working on' you mean slowly plugging away and/or in the planning stages of...

1. Finishing my stormtrooper kit (about 80% done)
2. A custom Mandolorian. I have everything I need, I just need to plan the paint scheme/colors and execute. Then I'll probably hate it and start all over again.
3. Clone armor. I got a cheap kit but I'm really looking to make a Clone Wars General Kenobi. It's just finding the time.
4. a steampunk costume is on the wish list too when I get time.
5. If we decide on a group project I'll work that in as well.

Currently I've my Bespin Leia that's been sitting around unfinished for like two years now - I want to at least get a decent start on the embroidery over the winter.
And then later on - probably not until late next year, I'd like to do another concept art Amidala, and Chase and i want to do Bail & Breha Organa eventually.

outside of that I've got a bunch of non-Star Wars costume stuff planned - Silk Spectre I from Watchmen, a new Belle from Beauty and the Beast, Marie Antoinette, another version of Wonder Woman, etc. Smile

Well I did a count in the training sim in Die Another Day. I count the shots before he reloaded while not having to chamber a round. It would back up he was using a P99 .40 but one could say he reload to make sure he would not run out if he need the rounds. So no help there.

From what I understand in counties that uses the metic system. The 9mm round is more common. But I was thinking he would go with the more stopping power and slower FPS (to help with a sound suppressor) of the .40.

Well i have two ongoing projects. Both are waiting on money to do them.

1. Anakin Skywalker Episode 3. I have all the leather pieces. Belt, pouches, glove, tabbards, boots, shin guards, and my saber hilt. I know who is going to do the tunics and robe just need money first.

2. An upgrade to my TIE Pilot. I have an unmodded Don Post Classic Action helmet i want to mod to use in place of the Don Post Standard one i now use.

Well, looks like I'm going to be a pilot (for both sides as it turns out). I'm involved with a small Imperial Tech (to be upgraded to a TIE Pilot) group project and I really want to make the X-Wing pilot. I had some code cylinders when we talked about this last year, but eventually sold them off as the project fizzled. Now (of course) I'm kicking myself for not holding on to them.

I hope to be a RL member officially, before the year is gone. I will at least be able to join as a Hoth Rebel Trooper, and hope to have my Tauntaun done by the beginning of next year. I do have pics of it (at least my first attempt) up in the Rebel Trooper Forum, now. The thread that starts: "I'll try this again..."

I will LOVE being part of the CORELLIAN base.........
