When i saw the tinted visor of the Tantin IV Trooper Helmet, it made me thought to something i used as a teen to made a fighter pilot tinted visor the solar salad bell with ventilated hole Evil or Very Mad

Scroll down to the Cloche à Salad, the white one and imagine it, tinted

the curve is perfect

my only problem is the difficulty to cut it, in my memory was very fragile for a saw, have test heat from a micro sheap welder but the plastic cut this way look like magma on the brim...BUT NOW with dremel perhaps few chance to break like glass window Confused

Perhaps will be THE solution, just to test....

There is someone who makes the smoke visor for the RFT helmets. I can send you the info if you're interested.
