make a 2 piece fibreglass mold split in the middle of the front and back then cast with fiberglass or resin

I've been working on some B-Wing helmets with a friend of mine - he's supplying the kits, and I'm doing the finishing work and have been helping out with the details and accuracy of them. I've done quite a few now, and I'm working on a Ten Numb/Sullustian "stretched" version for a client. I've posted most of my B-wing helmets on my Instagram:
