Just recently received a full Chewbacca ANH commission from Evil Chimp. Today was the first time I was able to try it on as a complete costume. So excited to get it on! There were a few prying eyes from the neighbors.

Edit Update - Been speaking to Evil Chimp. Fantastic support post purchase and a wealth of advice. Even with the time zone difference he is always ways prompt in replying to messages.

The mask now aligns with the eyes and padding add in the correct areas to prevent the mask from slipping. Evil Chimp gave some great advice on how to close the back and to get it to sit right.

I have added a strap to the bandolier that goes around the neck to keep the bandolier on the shoulder and decreased the weight of the bandolier by 3D printing the boxes.

Have worn the pants a number of times now and they dont slip, so need for braces.

Found the following issues i need to get sorted, but all feed back would be gratefully welcome:

1. The kit needs a good groom and hairspray.
2. The mask needs to be internally padded out properly.
3. The rear flap of the mask needs to properly closed.
4. Bando needs to be attached around the neck to prevent it slipping off.
5. The pants sit on the hips, if it slips over the hips to add braces?
