You know, I haven't heard anything from anyone in a while. Ill probably start my own here shortly. If anybody has a good set of ref pics or measurements, I'll greatly appreciate them

Hey ! So, YES, it is still alive! Just haven't worked on it for a while because I reaaaaaaaally wanted to do the test prints to release a 100% clean model where you have nothing to except put in the printer and don't bother of anything else, you just need to follow the instructions.
Unfortunately, I always has tiny projects keeping me up from the modelling of this big projects... and not to mention my 3D printer is almost never on use because of my current flat conditions on noise, etc.
So, given this model is really needed though... I'll release it without the test prints  I need to do some clean up of the models, to make sure everything is uniform between the different parts, etc. And make it all nice with registration marks, etc. for small printers. It is in my top priority list for the next few sewing circles on the virtual build party 
I'll keep you updated, and you can check the Galactic Senate facebook page to see it coming ^^

If it can help thoses who would like to do the riffle, I did mine with my 3d printer and an aluminium pipe that i've paint in black. not heavy at all and really easy to make!

Well, I love the star wars community and all of the help I've received from others. I try my hardest to contribute where I can!
I do have a 3d printer and make things for people. I work at cost plus shipping if anyone needs one to complete their costumes when I can!
