I, along with my wife and 2 boys, will be in Orlando for work the week before megacon and since we have family in Orlando, we are extending our stay through the weekend. Since I am not a base member, it don't think I can see your events thread, but I am interested in trooping alongside Ra Kura Base again (Star Wars Weekends 2015 was my last troop with you). What are the protocols for trooping MegaCon and how would I and my wife (she has an x-wing pilot, RFT and Jedi) go about signing up for that event? Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

Hey Michel, we share boards with the Florida Garrison of the 501st Legion and do all of our signing up for events there. You will just need to request access to those boards.
