Hello everyone! My dad and I have been "working" (I use that term somewhat loosely) on an original trilogy Chewie for about a year now. My mask was made by the fantastic Jamie Arielle. We had to go with the "Kiss" boots option because I am already 6'5. Had to go through several iterations on making the toes, but I am pretty pleased with how the final product has turned out. Completely custom sculpted using foam board for the core and then epoxy putty for the details. We'll be coating the with resin and then molding and casting out of a semi-flexible foam. I'm toying with coating the foam in silicone to add some detail. Enjoy a few pics, and any advice is always appreciated!

Trying to stay on top of things. Applying coats of resin this week to the feet models in order to get them ready for silicone molding this weekend. Here is a short of the feet up against the "kiss" boot for reference.
