Hair and face:

Red hair or wig styled to match references
Red beard, in the same color as the hair/wig cut and styled to match references.
If the hair is a wig wearer’s natural hair must not show.
If the beard is a hairpiece or prosthetic edges must be blended.
Optional:
Blue contact lenses


Flightsuit:
-Black or charcoal grey in color.
-Has traditional Mandalorian style double sleeves.
-No pockets are visible

Vest:

Black leather heavy cloth-like like vest.
Shoulders must flare outward like wings.
“Jango Style” vest is preferred but not required
Bottom of vest ends just after the bottom of the chest / back armor, and is not tucked into the girth belt, to allow for some flightsuit to show.
Black Neckseal may or may not be attached to the vest.

Chest armor:

Consists of collar armor, left and right breast plates, a center diamond, and an abdominal plate.
All armor pieces are painted to match references
All armor is weathered in shades of grey and red.
Must be made of a rigid material (examples include but are not limited to: fiberglass, styrene or sintra)
Must have dimension and give the feeling of thickness and depth.
The collar, center diamond, left, and right chest pieces are red with light grey weathering matching references
The abdominal plate is painted light grey with red weathering to match references
The left breast plate must have two indented horizontal bars, painted to match the color scheme of the rest of the plate matching references
The center diamond plate between breast plates must have a raised vertical rectangle as shown in the visual reference.
All pieces must attach securely to the vest.

Shoulder Armor:

Shoulder armor pieces are painted to match references
Shoulder arrmor is weathered in shades of grey and red.
Must be made of a rigid material (examples include but are not limited to: fiberglass, styrene or sintra)
Must have dimension and give the feeling of thickness and depth.
Shoulder armor is red.
Shoulder armor flares out off the shoulders to present a wider than normal silhouette.

Gauntlet color is charcoal grey.
Gauntlets have weathering to match references
Gauntlets taper towards the wrist and fit the wearer closely.
Gauntlets have a seam on the inside of the arm with indents on either side of the seam as shown.
Due to the nature of the gauntlets a flush outside seam is allowed in order to have the gauntlets “clamshell” open.
Gauntlets have a stepped detail on the top center as shown.
Left gauntlet has a Mandalorian compad attached on the top, near the wrist.


Gloves:
Black over the wrist gloves that fit the wearer snugly, gloves tuck into the gauntlets
Gloves must not show any labels or logos once the armor is on and cover any exposed skin.

Handplates:

Hand Plate armor pieces are painted to match references
Handplates are weathered in shades of grey and red.
Must be made of a rigid material (examples include but are not limited to: fiberglass, styrene or sintra)
Must have dimension and give the feeling of thickness and depth.
Symmetrical, angled tombstone shaped handplates.
Color is charcoal grey.

Backplate:

Backplate armor pieces are painted to match references
armor is weathered in shades of grey and red.
Must be made of a rigid material (examples include but are not limited to: fiberglass, styrene or sintra)
Must have dimension and give the feeling of thickness and depth.
Color is charcoal grey, with red near the top.
The back of the backplate is flat to allow the jetpack to mount onto it.
Collar and backplate do not overlap.

Girth belt:

Black or charcoal grey leather or leather-like material.
Either the same color or slightly lighter color than the flightsuit.
Overall height is in proportion to the wearer. (approx 6-8in tall)

Segmented Belt:

Belt pieces are painted to match references
Pieces are weathered in shades of grey
Must be made of a rigid material (examples include but are not limited to: fiberglass, styrene or sintra)
Segmented belt worn outside of the girth belt.
Plate size/positioning must match the visual reference and is proportional to the wearer
All belt segments are the same height approx: 3 inches tall.
Front center segment is 1.5 inches, with a 1 in x ½ in section removed from the center.
Moving out from the middle on either sides are as follows: ¼ inch, 1 inch, ½ inch. Then, 3 inch pieces are repeated until the wearer’s side. The two pieces on the wearer’s left and right hip are 3 inch pieces, with a 1 inch by 1 inch removed from the center.
Back half of the belt contain 3 pieces. There is a 3 inch segment in the center of the back, and the remaining length (from the right hip to the back center, and from the left hip to the back center) are solid pieces.
Color is charcoal grey.

Lightsaber:
Character accurate lightsaber, if present, is required
Hilt only is allowed and is character accurate.
If bladed the blade is blue.

Note: this costume will fall under a different detachment "Rogue Detachment- Disguise/Defectors" but is being done with the KJO while that detachment is fully settled and sorted.

This is very well done, and I’m super happy to see that Mando Kenobi is getting a CRL! I had spoken to Dave Filoni at celebration 2015, he recommended I either place the lightsaber hilt front and center on the utility belt, or hidden under the jet pack. It was a funny story how we had bumped into each other, but he fully admitted to hammer space that evening Laughing

He already has one, this is simply a revision, the original is linked at the top, I didn't change much on it from the original.
