Copied from Marco Bossow in the 501st - this is open to all clubs - all inclusive! I think it will be a fun night of gathering, reflection and friendship - Please post if you are seriously interested and committed to attending --- I will add the numbers to the list on the 501st forum:

We are going full steam ahead with a cross-club Galactic Gala on January 25h 2020 at the Pinnacle Hotel in Downtown Vancouver! They will host us in one of their ball rooms (70-150 people depending on our group size) and serve a three course plated dinner. We will have Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Free options available for those who require it.

For our out of town members, the Pinnacle will put you up at the same discounted rate they offered for Fan Expo. More details to come.

Tickets will be $60 a person if we can muster at least 45 people. I don't think this should be a problem, as we're opening up the gala to +1s, Rebel Legion and Mando Merc members. However, before we commit and start selling tickets, I would like to confirm our numbers.

Please roster here if you will attend the Galactic Gala on January 25th 2020 by July 10th please. Please include any dietary restrictions when you roster.
