Not bad.
I can see some differences to the source material, such as the position of the horns and their firmness, and the vest and sleeves.
It is definitely a challenge to make an alien look right, but you have clearly worked on getting there. The face looks too pale to me, so I think some color would be excellent for it.

Great start. If possible to tilt it so the horns are free and don't strike the shoulders that would help. Also perhaps putting something in the horns so they are rigid and not flexing could help too.

That's looking neat. Smile For the horns, have you though of filling them with expanding foam? That would make them rigid but still keep the weight down. I think it's the wrinkling on the horns that's making it look like the horns are soft. Try it on some scrap latex first, make sure that the expanding foam doesn't push out the latex... But as long as you don't go overboard with it it should be fine.

You might also lighten up the area around the top of the eyes, it doesn't seem like the upper eyelids should be so dark.

Thanks for the suggestions, here I am again, as much as the horns are already stuffed with foam, I only inserted a wire of iron to be able to bend the tip and help me in the movements and I removed the final points from the bracelets.

as for the color around the eyes, I'm clearing them

Now after making the final touches can I try to certify it? thanks again for the help
