I took a try at Ceremonial Leia as well. As you can see, we have too many images for the main dress, but not enough for many of the other items. Please share any other images that you think might help. I pulled all of these images from Vera's very helpful thread here.

Character Description
Leia Organa Solo (born Leia Amidala Skywalker) was, at various stages of her life, a politician, revolutionary, and Jedi Knight of the New Jedi Order. The daughter of Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and Senator Padmé Amidala of Naboo, Leia was the younger twin sister of Luke Skywalker, and, shortly after her birth, she became the adopted daughter of Bail Organa and Queen Breha of Alderaan, making her a Princess of Alderaan. An accomplished Senator, Leia Organa was most famous for her strong leadership during the Galactic Civil War and other subsequent galactic conflicts, making her one of the galaxy’s greatest heroes. While I don't have these saved in an album of my own, I have many links of images I used when making this costume. These are all ones I used for the makeup and hair aspect of the costume.

A couple of notes.

This part appears to be written based on the senatorial belt rather than the ceremonial belt since I notice language in it that we corrected at last update to reflect the actual belt used for this costume.

Belt

Item Image
URL: http://www.rebelshaven.com/images/costumes/leia/ceremonial/ceremony002.JPG
Source: Leia (Vera)

Required Details
• Belt is made of a silver, firm, leather or leather-like material.
• The center front should come to a rounded V-shaped point on the bottom edge and have a slightly curved dip or shallow V-shape top edge.
• It has at least 7 silver metal pieces on it: 6 elongated octagonal plates along the sides with one pentagon shaped plate in the center front.
• Each plate has a raised silver metal circle in the center, approximately 1”/2.5 cm in diameter.
• Belt pieces should be spaced according to the wearer’s waist measurement
• The belt sits at naval level.

Optional Details
• Belt may close with a white, wide elastic strap in the back, or overlap with snaps or Velcro.
• 8th metal plate on the back of the belt, placed over the center back closure.
• Additional plates identical to the 7 octagonal plates may be added for an even-spaced look.

Current standard text:
The belt is silver and firm leather or a similar material with a soft V curve in front. There can be a white, wide elastic in the back or it can close in the same way as the senatorial belt. There are minimum nine (9) metal pieces on it; eight (Cool elongated octagonal matching with one (1) pentagon shape in the center front. They should be spaced evenly and closely, and additional octagonal pieces should be added to achieve the look if necessary. The pieces have a metal button in the middle around 1”/2.5 cm wide. The belt sits at naval level.

Note that this belt have more plates than the senatorial belt and they sit closer together. The front alone accounts for five plates, with another set at the sides, plus one set at the back. (If the belt closes with elastic).

This part also appears copied from senatorial Leia:
If a non-parted wig is used, the hair must be neatly pulled across the back of the wig without bald spots.

The above does not make sense for ceremonial Leia since there are no parts and neither should there be; everything is combed back and up into the braid and braided bun.

Since there haven't been any comments on this for a while, it looks like it is ready to go to the Costume Standards Committee.
