For me, it appears that I had two accounts. One on the .com and one on the .org. I told them to delete the first one and they deleted the .com one and my new picture was not put up...well, at least on the .org site. I want to know if there is any way I can get back to the .com site so I can access all of my costume edits and contact the costume admin. Right now, I can only get to the forums.....and my old picture is still up. Matt was able to get my banner made with my new picture and I am very pleased with it, but I would love for my new pic to be up on my offical pic...... My friend just joined as a full member and he has access to the .com site. Do I need to have the .org account deleted and rejoin the .com site? I just want asscess to it again..... now I just get an error page... Sad

I have a friend who has registered for these forums (on 6/29) and still hadn't been activated to log-in - so does he need to register at the old site, too? Just making sure I understand before I tell him to go do that...

FYI: The only thing that is "live" on the .org is the php forum. Any other pages you might see are static test ones for the new website, and are not up to date/finished. So no need to be looking at anything in .org except this forum.

Is that why I can't contact the costume admin or get to edit costumes? I guess I told them to delete the wrong account..... I just wanted to contact them to see if they got my new picture for my offical pic. It has been about 2 months.....

Kyle locked himself out of his account, has no idea what the password is and cannot reset it on this account:

http://www.rebellegion.com/user.asp?ID=4312

He accidentally created this account under the username hunter that needs to be deleted:

Thanks!

My husband has recently joined as a full costumed member, and can log in the old .com site to edit his costume etc, but can't log into the forums. I was under the impression that the login details from the old site would work on the new .org forums (I don't remember having to create a new profile for these forums) - or do members who joined after the forum shift have to create a new profile on the .org forums? Other members from my base have the same membership number (at the end of the url when looking at their profiles) for both the .com and .org sites - but his .com membership number brings up someone else's profile on the forums. Is this a bug, or does he need to create a whole new profile for the forums?

his .com profile - http://www.rebellegion.com/user.asp?ID=4288

Any help on this would be great Smile

People who have been around for a while did not need to join the new forums, but anyone who has recently become a member has to create an account over here as well.

Kyle said he still hasn't received an e-mail and is still locked out of his MakanPyralis screen name.

Gil, he doesn't have a forum account on here for MakanPyralis. He needs to create one b/c it doesn't automatically create one once he's made a member.

I've got a new member who sent me this message:

I try and login to the forums using my user name and password for the main RL website, yet it rejects the username and says it could not exist or that it is inactive. Do you know what I could do to remedy this problem?

could someone help him out? His screen name is CalvintheJedi.

Thanks,
Beth
