ROTS Senate Guard Rebel Standard says pants. 501st CRL says long robe. Is there a good location for reference pictures?

We've got a gigantic album of the plumed version, and I see no reason why they should stop wearing pants/coverall between the movies. The comics also show pants.

The outer robe is the same, and as far as I can tell they only really changed the helmet.
I suspect this is a case of writing a standard/CRL based on another CRL, not the costume itself. (In this case to write it based on the Royal Guard CRL).

That said I also have no idea why this costume is now being approved in the 501st, but that is a different discussion.
