another point: i would like to think about "coloured matching pouches"
at the moment there is only one type of poutches allowed. the brown ones. i saw many librarians in different coloures which brown is not a matching colour for a pouch.

Sheila, given all options, I would use a pouch like Jocasta to carry a holocrom.
The one we made (Jen & LadyB) could do so with no issues.

pouches should match reference - there are only the brown ones? there are no more reference.
example: i have a blue generic archivar and one matching coloured blue pouch (not aproved) so this is not allowed? or am i mixing the quotes?

Some latitude within the colour chart for Jedi and coordinating with your other elements should be fine. As noted the pouch is an optional item, and is not required.

I don't recall any Jedi Librarians wearing pants? Atris and Jocasta wear skirts. So why would be pants be allowed? Also, Atris does not have Library tools or a pouch so should these not all be optional?

Tionne, Rachi Sitra, Ostar-Gal, and several others examples have had trousers in visuals thus it is an option. Atris and Jocasta are only two of about 8 with visuals (Jedi Librarian, Archivists, Historians, etc).

I agree, and all those things ARE optional.
