Threepio is now gold!

He's got some serious Tatooine weathering to hide a few flubs I made and look the part for a project I'll be helping with.

Throne room shine will be happening soon. Gonna be fun!

Been a while since I updated this and Threepio has been pretty busy! Adding some more recent photos...


Since last time I was here,



Threepio's leg went viral.



Threepio had a trip to California at the beginning of March...



we were sure to visit or old footprints in front of the Chinese Theater. Wink

Definitely the best Threepio yet. It's nice to see someone finally do the weathered version of Threepio. Clean and pretty is nice but worn down and dirty is one of the things that set Star Wars apart from the SF that came before it.

Great work. I've been following your youtube channel, taking notes for my own Threepio backpack build.
