Here are a few pics... The blue visor is .125 thick and is just a pull for size / shape reference. I think it turned out OK Wink

Quick update... I modeled and printed a quick set of test Greeblies for my prototype. The files have been slightly modified here or there to fit better, but I'm pretty happy with them. I think I'm ready for a small run of these.

Finishing up a first run of these helmets. I've been asked if the Shapeways greeblies will fit, and I'm not really sure, so here are the parts with dimensions in case anyone wants to compare Wink

Just finishing up some of the kits..... Visors started out as a pain, but turned out good in the end, I really like the color.

Been a while, so I thought i"d post a quick update on my second prototype build. I went a bit light on the weathering, but even still, the photos are a bit bright and washed out. I know it's not a screen accurate replica, but it's a general approximation to the movie style helmet. Still working on a second forehead greeblie and that flippin leather edge roll.
