I was looking for something else, and stumbled upon this great article by Pablo Hidalgo about a familiar image from the reference books.
I am sure you have all seen this guy, often called an Endor rebel commando, but it always looked off, especially the weird padded hat instead of an Endor donut:
It turns out, it he is often mis-labeled as one, but was really a background character in Jabba's Palace. Hidalgo goes into exquisite research on it, and actually changed the files at LFL to fix the mistake on future books, removing the Endor keyword tags and such from the image. I love his style. Here is the article showing all of the unseen pics he found to prove he was at Jabba's:

I stumbled upon this article recently too, while researching what Jabba palace resident costume I could create. Great article, Pablo Hildago is great and a true benefit for the fans. _________________ It wasn't the planes... it was beauty that killed the beast..
