a base member is starting to built a tusken

by now he got the mask kit, but he is not sure what cloth to use.

can he use the same cloth we use for jawas - classic monks cloth -, or is there anything we can get easier that any could recommend such as tan denim or similar?

thanks for any help in advance.....

For the headwraps, you want to use a canvas-type material. Same as you will be using to wrap the boots.

From the CRL: "Fully wrapped helmet/head similar to one as seen in Episode IV: must include cloth wraps (duck cloth, muslin or similar fabric should be used), leather/simulated leather mouth-wraps..."

duck cloth - is this a simlar struckture as heavy denim used on jeans? heavy cotton? translation with google, loe.org does not work, it translates it word by word which does not make sense in thah case

A medium weight canvas. Not a heavy denim weave like jeans. Yes, muslin cloth would be good.
