Hi all. I thought I would share my first attempt at Star Wars costuming! The Rebel Dress Uniform. Smile

I'm not a member of the Legion yet, and I don't think this qualifies for a costume (If 50% or more of the costume is made of unaltered pre-existing clothing it is not acceptable) but I thought I would share anyway. (If I'm wrong, please let me know!)

A couple more pictures and information on how I put it together can be found here http://www.cprav.net. I need to move the velcro on the belt, but other than that I'm pleased. Smile

My next Rebel costume will be the X-Wing pilot. I've got the chest box, and I'm waiting on the pattern to make the coveralls (can't find any small enough for me).

Awesome uniforms everyone!

Is it bad that i made a dressuniform before finishing my pilot? lol

Taking a look at the one i made a year ago, i think im going to remake it. it's a bit big on me now.

It's not, i promise. It's bad for me because i've been "making" a pilot costume for something like.. 2 years haha

I'm going to try and gather up all the info from all the sites and forums and make a single source for myself... I believe I have a volenteer that is looking to start making and selling "something"... and Here in my area that would be this costume, the Dress Uniform... She is up to the challenge...

Many of you may know her here... Rebellica... if she likes it, she may open up sales for it here for everyone... sweet no?... lol (for those of us, like myself, that can't sew - I think this could be awesome)

I'm making my own jacket, as well as one for a two others, so we all have uniformity. It's kind of a small side project over here in my base.
