Depa Billaba is a Chalactan Jedi Master who was trained by Master of the Order Mace Windu. She was considered one of the most enlightend Jedi of her time and was appointed to the Jedi High Council. Billaba was a practitioner of the Lightsaber form Vaapad and became one of the three Jedi to master the form.

My handmade costume features full-length closed robes with a long hood in the back and
decorative loop in the front. Her hairstyle consists of a large bun with three large braided loops hanging. As part of her Chalactan heritage, she wears Marks of Illumination on her forehead.
