Character/Costume Description

This is the outfit Sheltay wears in "Revenge
of the Sith".

Dress, gauntlets, cape, scrunchie and
tabards were made with a 4 way stretch,
crinkle knit I located in Los Angeles after
five months of searching. Dress is floor
length and has knee high slits on both sides
with a scoop neck in front.
