Character/Costume Description

The costume consists of a skirted
velvet
jacket over a shirt and trousers. The
shirt
has rows of pleats/pintucks on the
sleeves
and bodice. The jacket and matching
velvet
trousers have gold military-style
trim.
Boots and a belt with a Naboo
symbol on
the buckle complete the outfit.
