Character/Costume Description

Rey: The Last Jedi

Cotton jersey material with a v neck
and no sleeves. The edges are raw
but finished with a decorative stitch.

Made from the screen accurate Putty
Embroidery fabric and lined with
matching cotton. It closes right side
over left using a hook and eye
attachment which is concealed under
the obi.

A single layer of cheesecloth that was
custom dyed. It is only a single layer
(to allow some transparency,) and is
finished with a rolled hem.

Constructed from linen using the
Self-Scrunching Obi Tutorial from the
forums, but not cut on the bias (just
like the screen used one.)
The linen was also dyed to achieve a
cooler, more grey-blue tone.
It closes at the back using concealed

Altered from a thrifted pair.
The material is a poly-estane blend
which mimics the knee draping seen
in promotional shots.
The colour is grey with a slight blue

Handcrafted from a single piece of
veg tan leather. It fastens on the
right side using strap sliders. The
upper band of the belt is thicker than
the lower portion.

Patterned using screenshots from
newer references images (Battlefront
2 screenshots, and collectible
figures,) and constructed using a
single piece of leather.

Previously approved as part of my
Jakku Rey costume. All leather pieces
are dyed with the same stain.

Previously approved as part of my
Jakku Rey costume. Slightly
weathered using acrylic paints and
secured to my arms using sock glue.

Altered from an offbrand pair. The
back is laced with string that criss-
crosses through five tabs either side
of the back panel.
The screen accurate Po-Zu boots are
on preorder and have been shipped.

Made from a Graflex 2.0 hilt kit and
installed with a tri-cree B/RB/W LED.
The smokey glass eye has the
knurling removed to expose the
bronze metal underneath, and the
clamp card has been updated to the
screen-accurate TFA one. I've also
added a pommel cap, a flattened
beer tab, and secured the grips with
