After completing his training at Luke's
Academy on Yavin IV and serving the
New Jedi Order through the Yuzong
Vong War, Ulic Sunrider was finally
granted the rank of Jedi Master by
Grand Master Skywalker himself.

Continuing the tradition of the Old Jedi
Order's clothing, he kept his old boots,
belt, and one of his old lightsabers with
a new crystal installed. However,
favoring the options made available by
Master Skywalker's New Jedi Order, he
opted out of the traditional colors of the
tunic and tabbards for something
darker that will allow him to blend more
easily in the environments of Mid and
Outer Rims.
