The Zabrak features such as Zurgo' s
yellow eye colour, and rules for horn
placement and facial tattoos were based
on mainly Expanded Universe topics on
Wookiepedia, Starsider wiki and Star Wars
the Old Republic forums.

Zurgo Povrun is a light coloured Zabrak
with hair and eyebrows. Although it is
said that generally Zabrak don't have
eyebrows or hair there are many cases in
the EU where they do, examples are Maris
Brood and Agen Kolar for hair and
eyebrows whereas Bao Dur and Kao Cen
Darach have eyebrows only.

His horns are made from Sculpey which
was then stained with Citadel Agrax
Earthshade to give the old bone like
colour. This was then coated with a dull
matt varnish for protection and to further
darken the colour. The bases were
shaped to my skull while wet to ensure a
good fit, and they are glued with Pros Aide
medical adhesive.

The tattoos are applied with a stencil for
clear lines and consistency, the paint is
waterproof ProAiir Hybrid Professional.

Clothes are made from premium
linen, the belt, two pouches, spats
and boots are black leather.

The four jedi food capsules (two
silver, two bronze) and the belt
buckle were 3D printed with
metallic filament and finished
with metallic paints to match
reference images from the
movies. There is a hook for my
lightsaber D ring attachment.

The lightsaber is a Saberdyne

copper hilt, a black leather grip
and a green blade.
