Costume:
The flight suit was ordered from Baron
Flux and sewn by Luna Starrider of
Sunrider base.

The code cylinders are made of resin and
also ordered through Baron Flux.

The leather gauntlet gloves, flak vest,
ejection harness, belt and leg flare holder
were also ordered from Baron Flux.
Webbing material was used for the leg
flare holder. Belt material was used for
the belt and ejection harness. The belt
flare holders have a webbing material.

The leg flares and belt flares I made from
wooden dowels. I bought a long stick and
cut the belt flares to roughly 2 inches and
the leg flares to 4 inches. For both I
sanded them down and used the electric
sander to to shape and round out the
edges so they did not look sharp. I used a
wood primer spray paint to help get rid of
the wood grain and help the the metallic
rustoleum stick. After priming I sanded it
back down again and then spray painted
the flares with metallic color rustoleum
spray paint.

The chest box was order from Darth hair
along with the vinyl helmet decals, comm-
pad which is a plastic material and was
painted with paint markers.

The helmet kit came from Mark Bradley
(Rando Mextra) it is made of plastic. I
assembled the helmet and used acrylic
paint which was airbrushed on. I used
sand paper to help rough up the edges of
some of the paint. I used a mix of soap
and water along with krylon black spray
paint to weather the helmet. I also used
black vinyl striping to add some of the
striping on the helmet along with adding
vinyl decals ordered through darthhair.
The trim was done with car door trim. I
bought wire from michales to add on the
mic. I used a black webbing like material
for the chin strap and its Velcroed in using
industrial Velcro.

The boots are Xelement 2440 Women's
Classic Motorcycle Advanced Engineer
Biker Boot. They are leather and come
with buckles. I removed both the bottom
buckle and top buckles. I used singer
scissors to cut the thread for the buckle
pieces allowing me to removed the
buckles without damaging the boot.

Character: Sutas "Ash" Kawes calls
Alderaan her home although it is not
where she was born or spent her
childhood, this information is unknown as
is much of her past. Her only memory of
her family is when they were taken by the
empire. She has no memory of her home
planet. Mainly a loaner she was fascinated
with x wings and spent hours learning how
to fly other vessels in order to become a
pilot. She despises the empire and joined
the rebellion as a pilot gaining an x wing
of her own.
